Position: Store Manager – Jewellery (Russian / Arabic speaking)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Timings: Shifts & 6 days a week
Salary + Benefits: AED 10000 – 11000 + Attractive Commission + Annual Benefits
Requirements:
- Strong experience in retails sales (Shop sales in luxury products),
- Very good communication skills.
- Well-versed with computers and Retail Programs
- Duties include managing daily operations, leading, and developing staff, optimizing sales and profitability, overseeing inventory and merchandising, and ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with policies and safety standards.
- Responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing budgets, handling customer complaints, and maintaining the store’s cleanliness and visual appeal to drive revenue and a positive customer experience.
- Jewellery Retail is not mandatory but at least in luxury background is MUST
