Hiring for Real Estate Admin- Real Estate Company (Tagalog Speaking)

Our client, Group of company based in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire for a Real-estate Admin
Requirements
- 2+ years of real estate administrator in a Real estate company in UAE
- Strong working knowledge of Bayut, Dubizzle, Property Finder, Ejari, and Trakheesi systems.
- Familiarity with tenancy laws and documentation standards
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and manage listings across Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.
- Prepare and renew tenancy contracts, ensuring accuracy across Contract A, B, and F formats.
- Register and cancel tenancy contracts on Ejari and Tarakhisi and all portals related.
- Monitor leads and inquiries, coordinate property viewings from all the portals.
- Ensure timely reporting on portal performance and occupancy statistics.
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, and agents for documentation and tenancy renewals.
- Manage administrative duties related to leasing, inspections, and maintenance coordination.
