Our client, a multinational Trading company is looking for an Accounts Supervisor for their office in Dubai.
Technical Skills and Job responsibilities:
- SAP & MS Office applications (Excel, word, etc.) and tech-savvy expertise.
- Secure payment by verifying and posting receipts, and resolving any discrepancies.
- Performing month end / year end closing activities
- Following up collection with Sales Team and directly informing Credit Manager as to status of collection
- Perform reconciliation of BP accounts and general ledger accounts to resolve issues / or discrepancies
- Process flow analysis, documentation, recommendation and corrective actions
- Coordination and communication with Manager for relevant issues that may arise
- Support/assist external auditors by providing timely audit schedules and supporting documents.
- Weekly outstanding reports salesperson-wise for all channels
- Various analysis and reports for decision making purposes
- Financial strategies and development of financial process designs and policies for business improvement
