E-Commerce Customer Service Executive – Lingerie Products
Dubai/AED 4,000 – AED 4,500 + ANNUAL BENEFITS
Our Client, an International Lingerie brand is looking to hire a dedicated and enthusiastic E-Commerce Customer Service Agent with a background in the retail industry to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills in English & Tagalog, and the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues effectively. Following are the requisites :
SKILL SETS REQUIRED :
- Female Degree or Diploma Holders
- Min 2yrs of Customer Service experience in Retail Industry handling Shopify & Gorgias systems
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, replacements or refunds via Shopify
- Handled escalations and complaints of Customers via Shopify messaging system & Gorgias call systems
- Resolved an average of 50 tickets per day
- Excellent communication skills in Tagalog & English is a must
- Strong problem-solving abilities, high level of patience and empathy, Customer Interaction, Transaction Handling, Product Knowledge, Team Coordination etc essential
- Hands on experience in Retail Management Software or Customer Relationship Management(CRM) software will be a plus
- Salary : AED 4,000 – AED 4,500 + Annual Benefits
