Production Manager – Juices

Required for our Client  well known production and trading company in Dubai.

Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical Engineering or other technical discipline; masters preferred.

3-5 years management experience in a beverage/bottling company preferably as Engineering Manager, Factory Manager or Project Manager.

Basic understanding of bottling line operation.

Experience in a Continuous Improvement / Manufacturing Excellence / Operational Excellence role with demonstrated ability to drive efficiency improvement and cost down projects to deliver significant results

Must possess the ability to work with all levels of employees in the organization.

Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Maintenance, Transportation, Packaging and Safety.

Must be well organized, results oriented, & have effective problem-solving ability.

Experience supervising and developing direct report.

Must possess strong leadership & team building skills, strong floor presence and ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
