Our client, a well-established IT Company is looking to hire a Renewal Specialist / Customer Success Specialist in Dubai. Technically Qualified candidates with minimum 2 years of experience in Tracking renewals for previous years order, negotiating on renewal quotes with distributors and vendors, Liaising with customer to close the renewal deal, Strong Communication Skills and negotiation skills is mandatory.
