Senior Planning Engineer – Civil Construction – Immediate Requirement

You should have a minimum of 15 years of experience as a Planning Engineer handling construction projects of high rise buildings

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Planning Engg is a must.

Develop a Master program of work for each project in Primavera project management software, which should comply with the prerequisites of both the client and the company.

Manage and finalize the micro level program of works for each department that the program is in the line with the Project Master schedule / Target schedule.

Develop the Extension of Time (EOT) extension requests (Method used: Time impact analysis, window analysis, impacted as planned) Closely monitor the progress of work and foresee the possible bottle neck in advance and initiate for taking preventive measures.

Preparation of recovery programs or revises the program of work to cope up the slippage if it is beyond an acceptable limit.

Develop a report showing the performance of each department against planned analyse the reason for deviation if any and develop measures to offset the variation in future.

Highlight potential delays/risks, if any, to the operational & functional leads and preparation of delay event program & analysis.

Coordinate with each dept. head and chalk out the strategy to meet the target in case of any unprecedented delay happened and the steps to be taken to avert any probable disaster.
