Position : Senior Production Engineer
Location : Mussafah, Abu Dhabi
Salary Range : AED 9,000 – AED 10,000 + Family Accommodation allowance + Transportation allowance + Family Ticket
Our well establish Client is looking for a Senior Production Engineer for one of their divisions.
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years’ experience in Fabrication of pressure vessels, piping (CS, SS, Duplex), tanks, structural, skid packages including assembly and FAT and Structural steelwork particularly in Oil and Gas Equipment’s Manufacturing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible in all respects for the smooth day to day running of the Workshop operations.
- Responsible to prepare master production schedule for one month and submit the same to Operations Manager / Client and preparation of Catch-up plan as and when required.
- Preparation of weekly production progress reports and submit the same to Operations Manager.
- Forecasting minimum 3 months look ahead schedule for supply manpower mobilization & demobilization and submit the report to Operations Manager.
- Identification of critical path well in advance and inform Operations Manager and parallelly take actions accordingly.
- To ensure latest drawings, documents are used in execution.
- To carry out other duties and prepare reports as and when directed by Operations Manager.
- Ensure proper preventive maintenance is implemented and achieved as per the schedule.
- Implementation and execution of ABC analysis.
