Position: Administration Manager – Arabic Speaker
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 7,000 + Annual Benefits

Our Client, a renowned Group based in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a smart, talented & multi-tasking Administration Manager for the Chairman’s office.
SKILLSETS:
- Bachelor’s in business administration/management
- Min 3-5yrsof UAE experience as Admin Manager with Group Companies
- Excellent communication skills in English(Written & Verbal). Fluency in Arabic will be a plus
- Proficient in MS Office & Office Software Tools
- Immediately available to join preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations of the company and its sister companies.
- Managing office procedures, supervising administrative staff, team management, optimizing workflows etc
- Coordinate with all the departments, collate & prepare weekly management reports of the company & sister companies
- Manage compliance & budget and support inter-company collaboration
- Occasional travel to sister company locations
- Full-time position with standard office hours (flexibility may be required)
- Working time : 8:00am – 5:00pm / 6days
