Position: Administration Manager – Arabic Speaker
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 7,000 + Annual Benefits
*Immediately available to join or within 15days

Our Client, a renowned Group based in Abu Dhabi is looking to hire a smart, talented & multi-tasking Administration Manager for the Chairman’s office.

SKILLSETS:

  • Bachelor’s in business administration/management
  • Min 3-5yrsof UAE experience as Admin Manager with Group Companies
  • Excellent communication skills in English(Written & Verbal). Fluency in Arabic will be a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office & Office Software Tools
  • Immediately available to join preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations of the company and its sister companies.
  • Managing office procedures, supervising administrative staff, team management, optimizing workflows etc
  • Coordinate with all the departments, collate & prepare weekly management reports of the company & sister companies
  • Manage compliance & budget and support inter-company collaboration
  • Occasional travel to sister company locations
  • Full-time position with standard office hours (flexibility may be required)
  • Working time : 8:00am – 5:00pm / 6days
