Position:  Real Estate After Sales Coordinator

Location:  Ras al-Khaimah, UAE

Salary – AED 4000- AED 5000+ Annual Benefits

 

Responsibilities:
• Client Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients following the sale of a property.
    • Address and resolve any post-sale queries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally.
    • Ensure smooth transition and handover of property to clients.
    • Liaise with internal departments to facilitate the completion of post-sale processes.
    • Coordinate with external vendors or service providers as needed for repairs, maintenance, or other post-sale services.
    • Documentation and Record-Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate records of all post-sale activities, including client communications, service requests, and resolutions.
    • Prepare and process necessary documentation related to property handovers, warranties, and service agreements.
  • Identify and address potential issues proactively to prevent escalation.
    • Provide solutions and alternatives to clients in case of any post-sale challenges.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role, preferably within the real estate industry in UAE.
