Joinery Draftsman – Luxury Villas

Our Client, a European Interior Build & Contracting Group based in Dubai, is seeking a skilled & talented Junior Joinery Draftsman experienced in Luxury Villa Projects to be a part of their innovative team.

Qualifications:
– Degree or Diploma in Architectural Drafting, Civil Engineering or related fields.

– Min 2yrs of UAE experience in AutoCAD Drafting for Joinery & Architectural
– Proficiency in AutoCAD, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in producing drawings.
– Experience in high end Luxury Villas & Villa Renovation projects is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop detailed joinery & architectural drawings and plans for Villa & Villa renovation projects using AutoCAD.
– Collaborate closely with senior architects and designers to create stunning villa interiors.
– Assist in the creation of project documentation, specifications, and construction details.

– Maintain adherence to project timelines and design standards.

– Maintain building codes and standards while drafting plans
