POSITION : Landscape Designer – Luxury Villas

LOCATION : Dubai

SALARY : AED 10,000 – AED 15,000 + Annual Benefits

Our Client, a leading European Interior Design & Contracting Group specialized in crafting exquisite Villas that redefine luxury living, is looking to hire a talented Landscape Designer to lead our construction and renovation projects, shaping luxurious villa interiors that redefine elegance from concept to completion.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture/Interior Designing.
• Expertise in Conceptualizing, Analysis, Designing & Completion of Interiors & Landscape is mandatory
• Proven experience in Luxury Villas both new as well as renovation projects essential
• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead villa construction and renovation projects, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
• Lead the architectural & landscape design process, collaborating closely with clients and internal teams like Draftsman, Designers, Project Engineers etc to understand and translate their vision into reality.
• Oversee site planning, precise drawings, plans, and specifications, ensuring compliance and adherence to local building regulations and standards.
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality, providing timely solutions to any challenges that may arise.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
