Legal Principal (Head of Legal) – Real Estate Industry

Our Client, Real estate Industry is looking to hire a Legal Principal to join their team.

Following are the requisites:

SKILLSETS:

• Law Degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution; a master’s degree in corporate law, compliance, or business law is a plus.
• 10+ years of legal experience, with a strong focus on corporate law, real estate law, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate laws, DIFC/ADGM legal frameworks, and international common law principles.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, corporate governance, M&A transactions, and risk management.
• Proven experience in handling high-stakes legal disputes and litigation management.
• Strong leadership and advisory skills with the ability to counsel senior executives and board members.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Arabic.
