Outside Sales Officer – Import (M/F)

Salary: AED 8000 – 10,000 Gross + Annual Benefits
Location: Dubai

Responsible to the Trade managers for the effective implementation of services offered to the clients that will achieve predetermined targets and budgets and execute his/her duties in accordance with instructions received from the Trade Managers.
– Knowledge of competition activities in the market
– Have adequate information on competition services in order to sell shipping services to customers
– Graduate (3 years regular course) Any bachelor degree or Equivalent University Degree

Responsibilities include:
– Ensuring prime Sales-Coverage and contact with customers to promote the companies import services.
– Meeting sales strategies and directions for Import department
– Ensuring sales process and standards are adhered to and met with – viz.: territory Management, business communication, sales force automation
– Setting up of commercial strategy to develop new customers’ portfolio for import department.
– Resolving customer complaints and queries related to Imports department.
– Generating Sales lead from customers and engage appropriate parties to reach overall goal of Agency import targets.
– Assist to achieve budgets set for the company’s related products
– Assist the finance team in recovering over dues from customers.
– Report to Sales manager on Market updates and competition actions.

Must have at least 3 years of Industry experience in similar capacity and should have knowledge of the end to end process of Shipping sales.

Valid UAE Driving License- Mandatory
