One of our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Personal Chef with a minimum of 5 years of professional culinary experience specializing in Mediterranean cuisines such as Greek, French, Italian, and Spanish dishes. The ideal candidate will create delicious, healthy, and well-balanced meals tailored to personal preferences and dietary requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare weekly menus featuring Mediterranean-inspired, health-focused meals.
Source fresh, high-quality ingredients from trusted vendors.
Customize meals based on dietary needs and wellness goals (low-carb, gluten-free, or plant-based options).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Stay up to date with Mediterranean culinary trends and nutrition.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of professional culinary experience specializing in Mediterranean cuisines.
Strong understanding of nutrition and healthy cooking techniques.
Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
Culinary certifications are a plus.
