Procurement Officer – Joinery Industry

One of our Client, an award-winning Interior Fit-Out Company in Dubai is looking for a Procurement Officer with 2+ years of experience in Joinery industry. Strong background in sourcing quality joinery materials and managing procurement processes for interior fit-out projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the procurement of joinery materials and services for fit-out projects.
• Source and evaluate suppliers of joinery materials, negotiate prices, and issue purchase orders.
• Ensure materials meet project specifications, quality standards, and design requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and track delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Provide regular updates on procurement progress and resolve any supply chain issues.

  Requirements:

• 2+ years of procurement experience in the joinery Industry
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and products used in fit-out projects.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in procurement software and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards throughout procurement processes.
