Project Cost Controller – Real Estate Development

Location – Ras Al Khaimah. UAE

Reporting to CDO

We are seeking an experienced Project Cost Controller to join our real estate development client in RAK

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling project costs to ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or accounting
• 7+ years of experience in project control field with a least 4 years of experience in the development sector Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project cost plans and budgets.
• Monitor project expenditures, commitments, and cost forecasts.
• Track actual costs vs. budget and analyze cost variances.
• Prepare weekly and monthly cost reports for management.
• Review and verify contractor invoices and payment applications.
• Evaluate variation orders and change requests and assess cost impact.
• Support project managers with financial insights and cost control strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of cost commitments and financial documentation.
• Assist in cash flow forecasting and financial planning for projects.
• Coordinate with procurement and contracts teams during tender evaluations.
