Hiring for Arabic Speaking Receptionist & Office Admin

Qualification: Graduate

Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 6,500 + Nafis + Benefits

Location: Dubai

Our Client is oldest and largest, highly profitable insurance group, Operating in 45 countries with over 43,000 employees.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy reception area
  • Handle visitor sign-in and issue visitor passes when required
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
  • Handle office supplies procurement and inventory control

Required Skills:

  • Good communication skills in English & Arabic with good skills in MS Office
  • 1-2 years’ experience as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant.
