Hiring for Arabic Speaking Receptionist & Office Admin
Qualification: Graduate
Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 6,500 + Nafis + Benefits
Location: Dubai

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy reception area
- Handle visitor sign-in and issue visitor passes when required
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
- Handle office supplies procurement and inventory control
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills in English & Arabic with good skills in MS Office
- 1-2 years’ experience as a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant.
