Head of Finance – Exchange House

We are Looking to hire for Head of Finance (CA Qualified)  in Abu Dhabi

Candidate must have working experience in  Insurance or Exchange house industry

Job Responsibility

• Form a budget, make financial decisions, and allocate resources in accordance with an organization’s policies and procedure
• Supervise other finance and accounting professionals
• Maintain detailed records for financial analysis
• Stay abreast of current regulations, tax laws, and accounting practices
• Provide training to new and existing team members
• Oversee periodic analytical and reporting activities
• Advise the General Manager on financial management matters
• Manage the monthly and yearly financial statements and budgets, including monthly and quarterly forecasting and variance analysis
• Monitor the financial health of properties to ensure profitability and compliance with budget targets
• Update property records for existing and potential new tenants
• Analyze and interpret financial data to prepare reports, financial statements, and presentations
• Prepare schedules, budgets, and forecasts
• Familiar with accounting software packages, including Excel
• Well versed in Tax Laws in U.A.E.
• Complete knowledge of IFRS ( International Financial Reporting Standards) and Accounting Practices
• Minimum 5+ experience as Head Of Finance
