Position: HR Recruiter – Real Estate Industry
Location: Ras Al Khaimah
Salary: AED 5,000 + Annual Benefits
Our Client, a well-established Property & Real Estate Development Group is looking to hire a Smart & Talented HR Recruiter for their HO in RAK.
SKILLSETS :
- Graduate in any discipline
- Min 3yrs of UAE experience in End-to-End Recruitment mandatory
- Strong exposure on Hiring for Real Estate/Recruitment Consultancy Industry is a must
- Well versed with Sourcing, Screening, Interview Coordination, Salary Negotiations etc
- Proficient using LinkedIn, Job Portals, Referrals & Other Networks for Sourcing of Candidates
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Should be based in RAK or willing to relocate to RAK
