Salary: AED 11000 + Benefits
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join a well-established Insurance group company based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
- Candidates should have Minimum 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing in an insurance or FinTech sector in UAE.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including search, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Manage and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
- Develop and implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve online visibility and website traffic.
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and onsite product promotions and special ad hoc events.
Note: The selected candidate will be placed on an outsourced contract.
