HR Officer – Abu Dhabi

Position: HR Officer (Should be able to join immediately, before 21 Aug 2026)

Location : Khalidiya, Abu Dhabi (preferably from Abu Dhabi)

Experience – Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in HR Operations and Recruitment

Salary : AED 12,000 + Annual Benefits

Working Days/Timings – from 8:30am to 5:30pm – Monday to Friday.

A well-established local group, is looking to hire a HR Officer in Abu Dhabi

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in HR Operations and Recruitment. Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates currently based in the UAE and available for a face-to-face interview will be preferred.
