Position: Landscape Design Engineer – Luxury Villas

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 10,000 – 14,000 + Annual Benefits

 

Our Client, an European Interior Contracting Group specialized in turnkey solution of high-end Luxury Villas Projects is looking to hire a smart & talented Landscape Engineer specialized in Landscape Design & Development of Luxury Villa Projects.

 

SKILLSETS :

Graduate in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Interior Designing/Landscape Engineering is mandatory

Proven UAE experience in handling High End Luxury Villas Projects in communities such as Dubai Hills, Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeriah, Al Barari Islands, Jumeirah Islands etc

Create & Develop high-end Landscape Designs of Luxury Villas & Swimming Pools

Lead full project lifecycle starting from developing concept designs, detailed drawings, material specifications, project execution & handover.

Need to properly coordinate with Design Team, Technical Team, Drawings Team, Consultants, Clients etc.

Dubai Municipality Approved License is a plus

Excellent communication skills in English both oral & written mandatory
