Position: AC Supervisor  / AC Team Leader – LUXURY VILLAs

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: AED 7,000 + BENEFITS

 

Our Client, a European Interior Contracting Group, is looking to hire an experienced Tagalog Speaking AC Team Lead/AC Supervisor for their Home Maintenance Division specialized in high end Luxury Villas.

 

Requirements:

* Strong UAE experience in AC servicing, troubleshooting, repair & preventive maintenance

* Experience handling AC works in luxury villas and high-end residential properties, preferably in areas such as Dubai Hills, Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeriah etc

* Able to lead and supervise a team of AC technicians

* Knowledge of duct cleaning, coil cleaning and AC maintenance

* Able to inspect and diagnose AC problems and recommend the right solution

* Excellent client communication and customer-handling skills

* Able to explain technical issues clearly and professionally to villa owners/clients

* Professional, presentable, responsible and customer-focused

* Valid UAE Driving License – MANDATORY

*Excellent communication skills in English & Tagalog is mandatory
