CA Finance Manager – Contracting Division
Construction industry experience is mandatory

Location – Dubai
One of the leading Group in Dubai is looking to hire for a Finance Manager with a strong background in the Construction Industry.;
He is responsible for end-to-end financial control of the contracting business, with direct ownership of project cost control, billing, cash flow, and financial reporting.
The role includes working closely with Project Directors and Operations to protect margins, accelerate cash collections, and manage financial risk across live projects.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional qualification (CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA) preferred
- 10–15 years of experience in construction contracting finance
- Strong hands-on project finance and cost control expertise
- Deep understanding of contracting cash flow and margin management
- Practical knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred)
- Ability to operate independently and make fast, informed decisions
- Proven experience managing multiple live projects in a mid-size contractor.
- Middle East contracting experience preferred.
- Able to communicate in Hindi and English
