Hiring for PMO Manager – Real Estate Development
Salary: AED 15,000 -AED 20,000+ Annual Benefits
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project portfolio governance.
- Oversee multiple real estate development projects.
- Monitor cost, time, quality, and risk performance.
- Implement PMO standards, frameworks, and reporting systems.
- Provide executive-level reporting to CEO.
- Manage stakeholders across consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
- 10+ years of project management experience.
- Minimum 5 years at portfolio/PMO level.
- Strong experience in real estate development / construction.
- Preferably from a developer-side (pre & post construction) background.
- Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects.
