Position : MEP Engineer – Villa Fit Outs & Renovation

Location : Dubai, UAE

Salary : AED 10,000 – AED 15,000 + Annual Benefits

Our Client, a well-established European Interior Contracting Group is looking for an experienced MEP Engineer to supervise and coordinate MEP, Landscape & Swimming Pool works for high end Luxury Villa projects. Following are the requisites :

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering is mandatory
• Over 5-8yrs of UAE experience in MEP & Interior Fit Outs
• Strong experience in MEP, landscape & swimming pool of Villa Interior Fit Outs & Renovation works
• Experience in high-end villa projects is required
• Experience in Dubai Hills Estate or Emirates Hills is preferred
• Good knowledge of Dubai authority approvals and inspections
• Strong site management and team-coordination skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage MEP, Landscape & Swimming Pool works from A to Z
• Supervise fit-out and villa renovation works
• Coordinate blockwork, concrete, waterproofing, structural works, and finishing activities
• Manage swimming pool piping, filtration, testing, and commissioning
• Oversee irrigation, drainage, and outdoor lighting works
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Conduct site inspections, snagging, and quality-control checks
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and Dubai Civil Defense requirements
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
