Position: Office Manager to CEO – Arabic Speaking
Location: RAK, UAE
Salary: AED 10,000 – AED 15,000 + Annual Benefits
Our Client, a well-established Property Development Group based in RAK is looking to hire a Young, Smart, Multitasking & Talented Office Manager for their CEO’s Office. The Office Manager will provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES :
– Bachelor’s in business administration or management or related field
– Min 5-7yrs of UAE experience in Office Management or Executive Support to Senior Management or C-Level Executives
– Experience in Executive Support to CEO/MD, Office Management, Project & Business Management, Preparing Management Reports, Presentations, Email Correspondence, Travel Arrangements, Meeting Schedules etc.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic preferred
– Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
– Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
– Should be currently based in UAE and willing to work in RAK.
