Position : Head of Marketing & Communications – Real Estate / Property Developer

Location : DUBAI, UAE

Salary : AED 30,000 – AED 40,000 + Annual Benefits

Our Client, a well-established real estate and property development company, founded in 1995, is seeking a highly accomplished Head of Marketing to lead and drive its marketing strategy across the UAE.

SKILLSETS :

1. Masters/Bachelors in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred
2. Min 10-12yrs of UAE experience in Real Estate/Property Developer is a must
3. Proven experience in Marketing & Communications in Real Estate is mandatory
4. Strong understanding of local Real Estate Market as well as latest trends in digital, social and the application/use of AI is essential
5. Excellent Communication skills, Leadership skills, Decision Making skills, Analytical skills & Financial acumen is a must

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Build brand awareness and engagement, driving desire and demand
2. Implement effective Marketing Strategy & understanding Competitor Information
3. Develop a proper content aligning to PR, Media & Communication
4. Enhancements of new digital & social applications
5. Maximize broker engagement & participation
6. Optimizing Marketing Campaigns / Events on regular basis
7. Efficiently manage Financial Budget for the marketing & communications department
8. Ensure that the marketing & communications team complies with all real estate regulations and laws
