Position : Sales Director – Food & Beverages
Location : Dubai
Salary : AED 25,000 – AED 35,000 + Annual Benefits
Our Client, a well established Food Manufacturing Group, specialised in Nuts, Chocolates, Confectionaries & Bakery products is looking to hire a smart, talented & dynamic Sales Director to head their sales team.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Masters/Bachelors in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Min 15–20 years of UAE experience in Sales, including at least 5 years in a leadership or director-level role within FMCG, preferably in the Food Industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong experience in leading and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Deep understanding of UAE market dynamics.
- Arabic speaking will be a plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company revenue goals, lead and mentor sales teams, establish key client relationships, forecast sales performance, and collaborate with other departments to ensure unified business strategy.
- The role is responsible for setting sales targets, analyzing market trends, and providing performance reports to executive leadership.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactical plans to achieve revenue goals, including setting sales targets and quotas.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate sales teams and managers to foster high performance and growth.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Create accurate sales forecasts, analyze performance data, and present detailed reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Client & Market Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, while also identifying new business opportunities in target markets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to make informed strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and alignment with company-wide objectives.
- Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget and ensure proper allocation of resources to support business goals.
- Brand Representation: Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to promote products and services.
