Position : Technical Manager – Landscape Design & Construction
Location : Dubai, UAE
Salary : AED 20,000 – AED 22,000 + Annual Benefits

Our Client, a well-established Landscape Design & Construction Group, is looking to hire a talented Technical Manager to join their team.

SKILLSETS
1. Bachelors in Civil/Landscape Engineering
2. Min 10yrs of UAE experience in Landscape Design & Construction
3. Well-versed in technical knowledge of the landscape, swimming pool, and water feature-related works.

4. Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
   5. Excellent understanding of local authority regulations and approval processes (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Nakheel, Trakhees and Emaar)
   6. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills in English ins mandatory

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and deliver all technical aspects of the projects, work with relevant parties to assist in forming a design strategy, review the list of deliverables and ensure compliance with the contract and project requirements.
• Provide direction and technical solutions with construction standards / contractual specifications/buildability requirements / regulatory framework.
• Attend site meetings and, where required, chair design meetings. Keep track of all scope changes and ensure that the change control process and technical.
• Manage the CAD team/ technical team to ensure CAD drawings at all projects are in line with the project program.
• Strong technical knowledge of AutoCAD Programs, BIM, MS Office Packages
