Position: Freight & Logistics Operations Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: AED 7,000 – AED 7,500 + Annual Benefits
Our client, a well-established Freight forwarding company is looking to hire for a UAE experienced Freight & Logistics Operations Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end freight forwarding and logistics operations across Air, Sea, and Land transport within the UAE and international markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 3-5yrs of UAE experience in freight forwarding and logistics operations is MUST .
- Candidatess should be currently on Senior /lead role
- Proven hands-on experience in Air, Sea, and Land freight within the UAE market.
- Strong knowledge of UAE customs procedures, free zones, and port/airport operations.
- Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
- In-depth understanding of freight documentation and Incoterms
- Proficient in logistics software, ERP systems, and MS Office.
- Experience in UAE is mandatory
