Position: Sales Director – Confectionaries & Bakery Products
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 25,000 – AED 35,000 + Annual Benefits
Our client, a well-established Food Manufacturing Group, specialised in Nuts, Chocolates, Confectionaries & Bakery products is looking to hire a smart, talented & dynamic Sales Director to head their sales team.
Required Experience, Qualifications & Skills
- 15–20 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or Sales Director role.
- Strong background in FMCG, preferably within food industries, retail outlets, and premium chocolate, bakery, or café concepts across the UAE (B2C sales experience required).
- Hands-on B2C retail experience, including store operations, customer experience, KPIs, merchandising, hiring, and P&L management.
- In-depth knowledge of premium FMCG and experiential retail environments, particularly premium chocolate brands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to senior executives and engaging with key clients.
- Solid understanding of UAE market dynamics.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
