Position: Admin & Projects Coordinator – Industrial Equipment
Location: Al Barsha, Dubai
Salary – AED 5000 – AED 7000 + Transportation provided + Annual Benefits
Working Days – 5 days : Timings- 7 am to 4:30pm
We are looking for an experienced Admin & Projects Coordinator. The candidate must have previous experience in administration, sales coordination, quotations, and project follow-ups for industrial equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in administration, sales coordination, quotations, or technical sales support is required.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Must be confident in preparing quotations and performing simple calculations.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word, and other Microsoft Office software.
- Experience with industrial equipment, compressors, HVAC, or technical products is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain weekly CompAir leads, monthly DMP records, reports, and documentation.
- Handle client/vendor registration forms, supplier catalogues, technical documents, and travel arrangements.
- Communicate with suppliers and customers for compressors, dryers, filters, air receiver tanks, condensate drains, and related products.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, pro-forma invoices, sales orders, and project documents.
- Compare supplier offers, prices, lead times, freight charges, landed costs, and perform simple calculations accurately.
- Arrange supplier meetings with sales personnel.
- Follow up on project progress, delivery schedules, technical submittals, and supplier commitments.
