Head of Internal Audit – UAE National

As the Head of Internal Audit you will drive oversight, risk management, and governance across all business functions. This leadership position reports directly to the Audit Committee and is responsible for building, developing, and executing the internal audit function in line with regulatory and strategic business needs

Requirements:
* UAE National with Family Book (Emirati).
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
* Minimum  10  years of experience in internal audit, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
* Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management and internal control frameworks.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience in regulated sectors is a plus
