Head of Finance – Exchange Group (Abu Dhabi)

Prior experience in: Exchange House ,Banking ,FinTech ,Financial Services is MUST

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Reports to: Group CFO / CEO

Budget – AED 30000- AED 35000 + Benefits

Ideal Candidate should have minimum 15+ years of progressive finance experience.

• Prior experience in: Exchange House ,Banking
• Strong knowledge of: IFRS , UAE Corporate Tax and VAT , UAE Central Bank regulations for exchange houses
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA.
• Experience leading audits, FP&A, and statutory reporting.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain comprehensive and accurate books of accounts and supporting records that always reflect the correct liquidity and financial position of the Company

• Ensure that Central Bank requirements are met with respect to Finance function.
• Ensure that Company’s VAT Accounting complies with FTA Regulations
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and board reporting.
• Manage liquidity, cash flow, and capital planning across multiple branches/entities.
• Oversee external audits, internal controls, and financial governance.
• Partner with business leaders on pricing, profitability, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Drive finance transformation, automation, and ERP improvements.
• Manage banking relationships and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure proper and accurate monthly & annual closing of financial results of the Company.
