Our client is one of the world’s leading insurance companies and part of one of the renowned local groups in UAE. They are currently looking to hire Sales Executives for their team.
Positions / Role: Sales Executive
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience: 2 years of UAE experience in a sales role – Insurance/banking/financial industry
Criteria:
- Candidates with previous Sales experience in Insurance, Credit Card / Loan Sales .
- High resilience, exceptional verbal English communication, and an aggressive attitude toward earning commissions.
Qualification: Graduate
Core Job Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition: Pitch and sell insurance policies (e.g., Motor, Fire, Package, Engineering,) to individuals and corporate clients via direct sales, cold calling, and networking.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly individual sales KPIs and premium collection targets.
- Client Consultation: Learn to evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options (training provided).
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain an active pipeline of potential customers through excellent relationship-building skills.
Salary: AED 4,000 + attractive commission package & other standard benefits
AED 5,000 with UAE Driving License
