Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor /Sr.AC Technician to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in AC maintenance and repairs, good knowledge of MEP systems, and the ability to supervise daily maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities
– Perform AC servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs.
– Supervise maintenance technicians and ensure quality workmanship.
– Conduct property inspections and identify maintenance issues.
– Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
– Manage daily maintenance activities and technician assignments.
– Diagnose AC, electrical, and plumbing issues.
– Prepare technical inspection reports and material requirements.
– Assist in preparing maintenance quotations.
– Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests.
– Attend emergency maintenance call-outs when required.
– Conduct scheduled maintenance for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) clients
Qualifications & Requirements
– Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in AC maintenance and MEP services.
– Previous supervisory experience preferred.
– Strong knowledge of split AC, ducted AC, and HVAC troubleshooting.
– Experience in residential villas and apartment maintenance.
– Good knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
– Ability to work independently and supervise technicians.
– Good English communication skills.
– Valid UAE driving license is a strong advantage.
– Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
