We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimation Engineer with a strong background in civil construction, specifically in luxury residential projects. The candidate must have a minimum of 5–6 years of UAE experience in a similar role with a reputed Property Developer or Construction Company.

Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.

Minimum 5–6 years of UAE experience in a similar Estimation Engineer role.

Experience working with a Property Developer or Construction Company is mandatory.

Hands-on experience in Luxury Residential Projects is compulsory.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in cost estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, tendering, procurement, and cost analysis for high-end residential developments.

Good understanding of procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and subcontractor management.

Excellent knowledge of UAE construction material rates, market pricing, an subcontractor costs.

Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant estimation/quantity surveying software.

Strong analytical, commercial negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
